Two of the Italian flagship products are wine and cheese, and you’ll taste both with this wine and mozzarella experience on the Amalfi Coast.
During this culinary experience you will taste the local organic wine in the place of its production, an ancient winery on the Amalfi Coast that produces from its vineyards of Aglianico, Piedirosso and Catalanesca.
Immerse yourself in the history of this family-run farmhouse, a typical local family who is historically wine producer. Visit the winery and try your hands at making traditional fior di latte, mozzarella made with cow’s milk, a typical product of Agerola, a town up on the Amalfi Coast where dairy production represents an excellence. You will assist and actively participate in the production of fior di latte and then enjoy it together with other delicacies produced on the farm, such as seasonal vegetables cooked according to local tradition, charcuterie produced in the farm, goat cheese. All washed down with organic wine that we will take from the cellar.
You’ll end with homemade dessert and limoncello made with lemons from the property’s lemon groves.
Try your hand at making traditional mozzarella during a workshop, followed by homemade cake and limoncello.
