The family running the farmhouse will welcome you with a cup of Italian coffee or other drink of your choice, before visiting the wine cellar and the garden where you'll pick the herbs to use for the class.
Prepare the dough and bake your pizza
Learn how to make authentic Neapolitan pizza using local organic ingredients.
You’ll be explained the full process and methods, including all the tricks and how to use all the necessary.
Your “pizzaiolo” will show and teach you how to flatten the dough and bake the pizza in a wood-fired oven.
Enjoy the pizza and other products from the farm
It's time now to enjoy a fantastic handmade pizza, delicious traditional charcuterie and cheese with a nice glass of organic wine, all produced in the farm.
