This tour was born with the idea of showing tourists the most beautiful places, the myths and the legends which Amalfi hides along its coasts.
A stop which can’t be missed during the tour is the rare pearl of the Amalfi Coast, such a popular destination known worldwide: Positano, the “vertical town”. The legends says that Poseidon sat here and created this natural showcase made up with slopes, pristine nature and rocks.
The little picturesque Fjord of Furore peeks out with its fishermen village, an evocative landscape made up with ricks and sea which perfectly wedge in, with a perfection which is typical of these places.
The Emerald Grotto is one of the gem of the Amalfi Coast and is located in the enchanting bay of Conca dei Marini. The grotto was named “emerald” for the deep shades of green which can be seen thanks to the lights filtering through a submarine gap. The internal part of the cave is rich in stalactites and stalagmites which give life to artistic creations, jokes of the time and nature. Very fascinating is the underwater Nativity out of ceramics from Vietri sul Mare.
Immediately after Ravello we will enjoy Minori, the oldest inhabited site of the Amalfi Coast.
The town, beyond the wonder of its sea and natural landscape, is very famous for its bakery products which attract every year a lot of people who are looking to discover the tastes of the coastline.
Finally we find Maiori, which offers many thousands-years-old grottoes, only reachable by the sea. The most enchanting is the Pandora’s Grotto, an amazing natural cavity with azure and emerald sea shades which washes it. Moreover, inside the grotto you can admire the stalactites and stalagmites which fill the majestic extent.
