Get a glimpse into the local life along the Amalfi Coast with this Pasta class.
Visit a family who runs a farmhouse in Agerola for a lesson on how to make pasta by hand and be surrounded by a relaxing, warm end welcoming environment.
You’ll walk in the on-site garden and you’ll pick ingredients to cook the base of the pasta sauce.
You’ll prepare fresh local pasta from scratch and get insider tips. After the class, taste everything you cooked along with the organic wine produced in the farmhouse, antipasti with local cheese, charcuterie and vegetables, as well as a traditional cake and limoncello.
All the food will be prepared and served with the farm’s organic extra virgin olive oil.
