With this hands-on cooking class, learn the secrets to turn out true Neapolitan pizza in a family run farmhouse kitchen near the Amalfi Coast. Prepare the dough from scratch, then roll and top your creation for baking in the wood-fired oven. Cap off your lesson by savouring a piping hot pizza washed down with organic wine. You’ll make pizza starting from scratch, using water, flour and the sourdough starter that was originally created 100 years ago.

Wine Tasting and Mozzarella making Class

Two of the Italian flagship products are wine and cheese, and you’ll taste both with this wine and mozzarella experience on the Amalfi Coast. During this culinary experience you will taste the local organic wine in the place of its production. Destinations

Salerno

The old Town center of the city is described as an example of medieval city planning where the most important monument is the Cathedral. The most important Street is Via dei Mercanti that is it is the heart of shopping together with churches and ancient buildings. Today Salerno is a vivid city with its sea and tourism and its fame is also due to its geographic position between the Amalfi Coast and Costa Cilentana.

Agerola

Agerola is a land of culture and art, divided into five hamlets perched around Church towers. Agerola is also the starting point of scenic paths that cross the hills of Amalfi and Positano.

Pompeii - Herculaneum

Pompeii is the biggest archaeological center of Italy and one of the most important in the world. Herculaneum is an old town situated on the Gulf of Naples.

Positano

The village, famous alla round the world for clothes production, the typical “pezze” made of natural fibres and coloured textiles (Moda Positano), represent the paradigm of several Amalfi Coast centres: it made the whole world fell in love with Positano when it was only a fishmen village, with few houses situatd on the mountain which gets as far sas the beach, and then it changed in the queen of international destinations.

Praiano

Praiano is an exclusive holiday resort, rich in art and traditions. Praiano is a group of places, scattered among the mountains and coast. Each of these places is gathered around a church or a noble chapel. Famous are the Church of San Luca Evangelista and the Church of San Gennaro that has the most beautiful majolica dome of the Amalfi Coast.

Furore

For years it was only “a road with a view”. A town-not a town, that passing tourists on their journey towards the sea struggled to identify, with it thus becoming “the town that is not there”. However, today Furore is there, and it is beautiful…

Conca dei Marini

Conca dei Marini is a village with breathtaking views! The village is on several levels: the seaside village, famous all over the world and the Emerald Grotto; the middle part, where there is the Church of San Pancrazio, with the magnificent park and the belvedere of Punta Vreca, and finally the upper part, where there is the Monastery of Santa Rosa, protagonist of the immense gastronomic fame enjoyed by the village, celebrated with the Santa Rosa Conca Festival.

Amalfi

An ancient legend tells how it was founded by Ercole in the place chosen by the hero to bury his beloved Amalfi, the nymph with the eyes of the colour of the sea. Beauty and power: the combination that will mark the fate of the city!

Scala

Scala is the oldest village on the Amalfi Coast. It was founded in the 5th century by a group of shipwrecked Romans who adopted San Lorenzo as their patron. Today, the town is divided into six decentralized villages, each with a well-defined identity. Immune to mass tourism, Scala offers a myriad of opportunities for art lovers as well as for trekking and outdoor enthusiasts

Ravello

The passing of the “great travellers” and the settling of Sir Francis Nevile Reid in the town paved the way for the “rediscovery” of Ravello. Its enchanted landscape and various palaces enraptured artists and personalities from all over the world: Wagner, Gregorovius, Gide, Forster, Lawrence, Escher, i Reali di Svezia, Jaqueline Kennedy, Gore Vidal…

Minori

The ancient Rheginna Minor, upon whose beach a wonderful maritime Villa was built in the first century, making Minori the oldest tourist resort on the Amalfi Coast…

Maiori

Numerous churches welcome the visitor who can cover an itinerary where faith and culture are interweaved in each corner of the village. Culture can be tasted through typical dishes of the coast centre, among which there is an out-and-out deliciousness. Maiori, furthermore, represents the centre where in the past lemon was most cultivated, and till last centuries plants reached the beach.

Cetara

Cetara is a small but quiet holiday destination, its ancient houses, the tower, the picturesque squares that open onto the beach, give the village a characteristic “picture postcard” setting. Cetara is the village that has best preserved not only in its appearance, but also in its real economy, the essence of a coastal village dedicated almost exclusively to fishing and cultivation
